		<description>You might be right - but it&#039;s Business Link that edited and published it, so I suspect it&#039;s their mistake not his. (I&#039;m sure he wouldn&#039;t have put the sub headings in for instance). 

Anyway, whoever made the initial mistake, you&#039;d think Business Link would check it - it&#039;s supposed to help us understand, not completely confuse us!!</description>

		<description>Hi, this is really interesting, but i thought i should point out that the GOVERNMENT didn&#039;t say this, the guy in the case study did. 

Not that i spend a lot of time defending the gov but fairs fair, the guy messed up telling his own story. And if he tried to register the company or anything as &#039;limited&#039;, it wouldn&#039;t be allowed (i tried, you can&#039;t)</description>
