I must say eventhough the new features is kinda cool with the new Mobile Google, it is so flipping frustrating too. The "scroll down and see larger TAB icons" feature gets in the way almost every search. I open google, and as I click on the search bar to type, the larger icons open up and I always end up hitting the "news" icon and now I'm bounced to news. The "news" icon opens right where the search bar "was" prior to the icons expanding. Arg! Any way to turn off auto icon expanding?
    Rant over...

    • Tomas - me too. I just thought it was me. Every single time I scroll down to check the results, scroll back up to redo my search term if I don't like the look of them ... and then the top opens up while my finger is in mid air, so I hit news. Aaaaggghhh
