Tom: I'm sure he is

But it's interesting, I thought, that Google abandoned its "show users what you show us" rule.

This would be fine if the content was limited to Google Scholar. But if it's appearing in the main Google web search, why can't newspapers have the same deal?

Malcolm, I'm pretty sure Rupert Murdoch knows about Scholar.

It is - at the moment - firmly closed to newspapers.
